Wedding tips for a peaceful wedding
experience:
What a fabulous time for you and
yes, wedding preparations can be stressful, hectic and emotional,
but you can still sail through it and enjoy the experience if you
choose. Before you know it everything will be just a memory so make
sure your memory will be one of having been calm and peaceful throughout
the entire process, with joy and light-heartedness as your motto.
To remain focused and balanced
throughout the day you will find a technique called "grounding"
very helpful. Just like electricity needs to be grounded, so your
energy needs to be as well. One technique of grounding is to imagine
yourself lying on the grass in some beautiful, peaceful place connecting
with Mother Earth. Another way to remain calm is to imagine yourself
in a beautiful bubble sitting in the lap of a magnificent, beautiful
Angel. She has one of her hands on your forehead to calm down your
thoughts and to replace them with God's love. The other hand is
placed on your heart to calm down your feeling and send God's love
into your heart. Use this image often to keep yourself centered
and peaceful.
Be very careful what you put your
attention and emotion to for that is what you are giving energy
to create. When you are aware that you are stressing or worrying
about something, stop, and center or become peaceful by thinking
of something that makes you feel happy. Next go into your mind and
imagine with lots of feeling what you would like to experience.
You see you are then switching from feeding energy to what you fear
or don't want to giving the creative energy to what you do want.
It is the magic of creation and manifestation of every area of your
life.
Try going into your mind and living
through each detail leading up to the wedding and the wedding day
itself. First become peaceful and go within, then go through the
events and notice anything that might not go according to plan.
When you are finished, write down these things, then go back into
that peaceful place and feel with lots of feeling that you are really
there and all events go according to your desires. Keep going within
often and living your dream.
One last tip: imagine the wedding
is over and you are relaxed and watching the video reminiscing and
wishing you could relive the day being more relaxed. Feel like you
are being given a special privilege by getting to live through this
wondrous day again with deeper appreciation and joy.
